I have come from the city of my birth
Now a regular theatre of comedy
Where royal thieves and corperate gang stars
Are utopian captains of a wrecked titanic cruiser
|
I have left my family behind
I have thrown cautions into the blazing winds
To offer my sacred existence
As a necessary sacrifice
To some certain uncertainty
I have come this distant far
From a city of joke
Where hopes and motivations
Are only for the privilege few
Where massive opportunities stand tall
In distant pole to the helpless many
I have come from the city of my birth
Now a regular theatre of comedy
Where royal thieves and corperate gang stars
Are utopian captains of a wrecked titanic cruiser
I have totally surrendered my naive conscience
To the rituals of blood-oath and torture
To claim a fortunate journey of no permanent return
I have traversed through
Hundreds of sizzling deserts
I walked through the thick and thin
Of evil forests and dangerous groves
I strolled pass the lands of death
I have battled life up north
Across deadly seas
And narrowly survived the scares of wicked pirates
To finally reach these beautiful lands
Of flowing milk and honey
Alas! I have lost thousands of comrades and friends
To the heavy grip of fate and realities
I have dared all naked dangers
To face death
In my innocent attempt
To escape from biting hunger and wretchedness
I have come and left behind
My regular theatre of comedy
Where lies and deceits
Scheme to sabotage our youthful lives
And turn them to sorry outputs
Of fireworks and thunder strikes
I have to run and run…
Away from the city of my birth
Now a regular theatre of comedy
Where human lives are common jokes
I have to come
Here in these lands of
Flowing milk and honey
I have to leave my family behind
And throw cautions into the blazing winds
I have to offer my sacred existence
As a necessary sacrifice
To some certain uncertainty
Just for me
To ever taste
From the damning sweetness of life
